We will need a large team of volunteers to help keep the convergence running smoothly all weekend. Thank you for sharing your gift of time!

Roles:
 

First Aid - Help keep everyone safe and sound! First aid and CPR-C are assets.  Take a small shift being on-call in case of an accident. 

 

Gate Greeters - Intake team! These volunteers will greet fellow participants as they arrive, check tickets and waivers and send them on to Placement people. 

 

Placement - Guide campers and facilitators to the village centre and camping areas or to day-use parking.  

 

Department of Public Works - Keep things glamourous.  Basic help around the site with simple luxuries like stocked toilet paper.  

 

Tear Down (or build-up) - Go beyond no trace; how can we make our weekend's footprint a beneficial one?
